1. Unsere gemeinsame Vision
Das Meet & Play ist ein geschützter Raum mitten im SPIEL-Trubel – ein Ort für echte Begegnung zwischen Medienschaffenden und ihrer Community. Es geht um Austausch, Kennenlernen, Wiedersehen und natürlich: gemeinsam spielen.
2. Haltung & Verantwortung
Wir gestalten diesen Ort gemeinsam.
Deshalb gilt:
- Seid offen, freundlich und respektvoll
- Verhaltet euch inklusiv, diskriminierungsfrei und rücksichtsvoll
- Achtet auf Nachbartische und auf ein angenehmes Miteinander
- Jede Form von übergriffigem, beleidigendem oder ausschließendem Verhalten wird nicht toleriert.
3. Der Raum gehört euch und eurer Community – nicht den Verlagen
Euer Tisch gehört euch und euren Fans – nicht Verlagen oder Business-Partnern.
Bitte führt keine Verlagstermine oder -gespräche im Raum durch. Falls euch Verlagsvertreter:innen ansprechen: Verweist sie freundlich auf den Showfloor oder spätere Termine.
Spielt, was ihr möchtet und was eurer Community Spaß macht!
4. Eigenwerbung ja – Fremdwerbung nein
Das Meet & Play ist eine nicht-kommerzielle Veranstaltung.
Das bedeutet:
Ihr dürft euren eigenen Kanal bewerben – z. B. mit Roll-Ups, Goodies, Flyern, Shirts usw.
Was nicht geht:
aktive Werbung oder Präsentationen im Namen von Verlagen oder Dritten, Verkaufsstände oder Produktvermarktung
5. Sichtbarkeit erwünscht
Ihr seid viele – macht euch sichtbar!
Roll-Ups, Tischdeko, Banner, Shirts mit Logo: Alles hilft, damit eure Community euch schnell findet.
Bitte beachtet: Es gibt keinen festen Sitzplan, da die Teilnehmer:innenfluktuation hoch ist.
Gebt aufeinander acht: Gebt leere Stühle ab, wo sie benötigt werden oder teilt Tische mit anderen, wenn es enger wird.
6. Aufnahmen und Aktionen vor Ort
Ihr dürft filmen, fotografieren oder streamen.
Ihr wollt ein kleines Quiz machen, Interviews führen oder eine Miniaktion starten?
Super! Achtet dabei bitte auf:
Lautstärke: Der Raum ist oft lebendig und der Lautstärkepegel hoch. Rücksicht auf andere ist dennoch wichtig.
Aufbau: Keine technischen Aufbauten, die andere Tische stören.
7. Bei Fragen oder Problemen: Max & Johannes
Ihr habt Fragen, Anmerkungen oder ein ungutes Gefühl?
Sprecht einfach Max oder Johannes an – erkennbar an ihren Meet-&-Play-Shirts.
Sie sind eure Ansprechpersonen vor Ort und kümmern sich.

1. Our Shared Vision
Meet & Play is a safe space in the midst of the SPIEL hustle and bustle – a place for genuine encounters of media creators and their community. It’s all about connecting, meeting new people, reuniting with familiar faces, and of course: playing games together.
Participation in the event is free of charge for both media creators and visitors.
2. Attitude & Responsibility
We shape this space together. That means:
- Be open, friendly, and respectful
- Act inclusively, without discrimination, and considerately
- Be considerate of neighboring tables and ensure a pleasant atmosphere
- Any form of intrusive, offensive, or exclusionary behavior is not tolerated.
3. The Space Belongs to You and Your Community – Not to Publishers
Your table belongs to you and your fans – it is not a demo table for publishers or business partners.
Please do not conduct publisher meetings or discussions in this space. If approached by publisher representatives, kindly refer them to the show floor or suggest arranging a meeting for later.
Play what you like and what brings joy to your community!
4. Self-Promotion Yes – Third-Party Advertising No
Meet & Play is a non-commercial event.
That means:
- You are welcome to promote your own channel – e.g., with roll-ups, goodies, flyers, shirts, etc.
- Not allowed: active advertising or presentations on behalf of publishers or third parties, sales booths, or product marketing.
5. Visibility Encouraged
There are many of you – make yourselves visible! Roll-ups, table decorations, banners, shirts with logos: all of these help your community find you easily.
Please note: There is no fixed seating plan, as participant flow is high.
Look out for one another: Offer empty chairs where needed or share tables with others when things get crowded.
6. Recordings and Activities On-Site
You are welcome to film, take photos, or stream.
Want to do a quiz, conduct interviews, or start a mini-activity? Awesome! Just keep in mind:
- Volume: The space is often lively and noisy, but being mindful of others is still important.
- Setup: No technical setups that disturb other tables.

Just talk to Max or Johannes – they’ll be wearing Meet & Play shirts. They’re your on-site contacts and here to help.
